We ask for all players to register via an online portal called TeamSnap. This gives us a secure database to store player personal info and allows the Club and your team management to keep in contact with you.
** FOR CURRENT REGISTRATION LINKS, PLEASE ASK YOUR TEAM MANAGER.**
TeamSnap also allows you to pay your annual subscription fees via PayPal.
There are two payment options:
£180 - to include club and league registration
£100 - to include club registration and weekly training (no matches/league registration)
Payment can be split over a couple of months in installments.
Once you register with the Club, all players need to be registered with their respective leagues for the season. Each league has different requirements but your team managers/administrators will need the following:
a clear passport-style, head and shoulders photo of your player. A shot taken on your phone/tablet against a neutral background is fine.
a scan/photo of your child’s passport ID page or birth certificate with all dates and numbers visible. Example here has details blacked out for security reasons. All documents are not kept after verification purposes and the information is not shared with a third party without permission.
What do my subscription fees pay for?
It takes a lot to run a football club! Please note we are a community club so we are not run for profit. Our volunteers are not paid. In part, your fees pay for: rental of training/match facilities, administration costs, (e.g. league registrations; insurances; affiliation fees) referee fees, kit and equipment, training course fees, presentation events, and Clubhouse maintenance/utilities. Split over the year, the fees cover football twice a week (training and matches) over an annual period so provide amazing value for money.
